The original New Kids sketch shows were originally developed at Halal. The first series was released online and became a huge underground succes. Comedy Central soon jumped on it and bought the series, which resulted in Halal making a second series for them. Original makers Steffen Haars and Flip van der Kuil came, saw and decided to blow it all up even bigger by releasing feature film New Kids Turbo.
Even 3 years later people are still visiting the town of Maaskantje were New Kids was shot, fans are secretly hoping for a come-back…
